Welcome to MLT Club, the loyalty programme at My Little Thrifter (MLT). We love rewarding our community for shopping with us, sharing the love and giving pre-loved clothing a second life.

By joining MLT Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Joining MLT Club

• Membership is free and available to eligible customers of My Little Thrifter.
• Members must provide accurate account information to earn and redeem rewards.
• Each customer may maintain one MLT Club account. Accounts cannot be transferred to another person.
• Your membership and points are linked to your account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, misuse or a breach of these terms.

2. Earning Points

MLT Club members can earn points by completing eligible activities and making qualifying purchases at My Little Thrifter.

2.1 Points for purchases

Members earn points on eligible purchases according to their current MLT Club VIP tier:

VIP tier Points earned per $1 spent MLT Club. Bronze: 4 points. MLT Club Silver: 4 points MLT Club Gold: 5 points. MLT Club Platinum: 6 points

The following conditions apply to purchase points:

• Points are awarded according to the member's applicable VIP tier at the time of the qualifying purchase, as determined by the MLT Club programme.
• Points are calculated based on eligible purchase spending in accordance with the programme settings. Any exclusions, including shipping charges, taxes, discounts or refunded amounts, will be applied as specified by the programme.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded, points awarded for the affected purchase may be adjusted or deducted accordingly.
• Purchase points are generally credited through our loyalty programme provider, Appstle, and may take some time to appear in a member's account.
• Members are responsible for ensuring they are logged into, or otherwise correctly identified with, their MLT Club account when making a purchase so eligible points can be credited.

2.2 Other ways to earn points

Members can also earn points through the following eligible activities:

The following conditions apply to these activities:

• Sign-up points are awarded once per eligible member.
• Review points are awarded for genuine, eligible product reviews. The additional 250 points are awarded for a qualifying review containing a photo or video, subject to the programme settings. A qualifying photo or video review may therefore earn 350 points in total.
• Website visit points are awarded in accordance with the frequency limits and eligibility rules configured in MLT Club. Points are not necessarily awarded for every visit.
• Birthday rewards are limited to one per member per birthday year, subject to any registration deadlines and eligibility requirements displayed in the programme.
• Points are awarded in accordance with the activity rules and settings configured in Appstle.

2.3 General points conditions

• Points have no cash value outside the MLT Club programme and cannot be exchanged directly for cash.
• Points cannot be transferred between members or combined across multiple accounts.
• We may decline to award or reverse points where an activity is ineligible, duplicated, incomplete or reasonably suspected to involve fraudulent activity or misuse of the programme.
• We reserve the right to correct administrative errors, including points credited incorrectly.
• Members can check their points balance and available rewards through the MLT Club loyalty widget on our website.

3. Referring Friends and Family

Share the love and invite friends and family to shop at My Little Thrifter.

Through our referral programme:

• Your referred friend receives a $5 discount on an eligible purchase when they use your referral link and satisfy the applicable referral conditions.
• You receive a $5 discount reward when your referred friend completes a qualifying referral purchase.
• Referral rewards are subject to the eligibility requirements and restrictions displayed in the referral programme.
• Referral discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals and other attempts to manipulate the programme are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards where a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise becomes ineligible.

Any minimum spend, one-time-use restriction, expiry date or other limitation shown when a referral reward is issued will apply to that reward.

4. MLT Club VIP Tiers

MLT Club has four membership tiers, offering members the opportunity to unlock exclusive perks as they progress.

• Members progress through the tiers by reaching the applicable points thresholds, in accordance with the programme rules displayed in their account.
• Each tier may provide access to exclusive rewards, benefits or promotional offers.
• Any additional tier-specific benefits will be communicated through our website, loyalty programme or other official communications.
• Tier eligibility, progression, retention and any changes to membership status are subject to the rules configured in MLT Club.
• Members should check their loyalty account for their current points balance, tier and available benefits.

5. Ways to Redeem Points

MLT Club members can redeem their accumulated points for discounts on eligible purchases at My Little Thrifter.

Our available discount rewards are:

$5 NZD store credit off order, 500 Points required.

$10 NZD store credit off order, 1000 Points required.

$15 NZD store credit off order, 1500 Points required.

$20 NZD store credit off order, 1900 Points required.

Discount

The following terms apply to point redemption:

• Members must have sufficient available points in their MLT Club account to redeem a reward.
• Once a reward has been redeemed, the corresponding points will be deducted from the member's available points balance.
• Discount rewards are applied at checkout using the redemption method provided through MLT Club.
• Each reward may be used only in accordance with the conditions displayed when it is redeemed.
• Unless otherwise stated, rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another member or applied retrospectively to a completed order.
• Discount rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless expressly permitted by the relevant offer.
• Any minimum spend, product exclusions, expiry date or other restrictions displayed when a reward is issued will apply.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed, the treatment of any redeemed reward will be determined in accordance with the reward conditions and applicable law.
• Points have no cash value outside the MLT Club programme and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts.
• Available rewards and their redemption requirements may be updated from time to time, subject to applicable law.

Members can check their current points balance and available rewards through the MLT Club loyalty widget on the My Little Thrifter website.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

My Little Thrifter specialises in curated pre-loved clothing, and our standard product and sale policies continue to apply to purchases made by MLT Club members.

• If an order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed, any points earned from that transaction may be deducted from the member's balance.
• If a reward is used on an order that is subsequently refunded or cancelled, the reward will be handled in accordance with the applicable reward conditions and our refund policy.
• Points redeemed for a completed purchase are not automatically reinstated following a return or refund, unless required by applicable law or expressly provided for under the relevant reward terms.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to customers under New Zealand law.

7. Points Expiry and Account Activity

• Any points expiry rules will be communicated through MLT Club or the member's loyalty account.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account details up to date and checking their points balance.
• If points appear to have been awarded or deducted incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate.
• We reserve the right to correct genuine administrative errors, including points credited in error.
• Points expire one calendar year from when they are issued.

8. Changes to MLT Club

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of MLT Club from time to time, including point-earning activities, reward values, VIP thresholds and programme benefits.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes through our website, email or loyalty programme.

We will not use these terms to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under New Zealand law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through MLT Club, including information used to administer membership, birthday rewards, referrals and loyalty activity, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
